Samson Williams

Samson Wilson, M.A. is the principal of Axes and Eggs. He is an Educator and Advisor focused on solving problems at the speed of business, not convenience. His problem solving specialties are in FinTech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Ledger Technology, Crisis Communications Strategy, and Organizational Change Management.

Samson spent 2008–2016 at Fannie Mae as Emergency Manager/Deputy Chief of Staff for the Operations and Technology Executive Office. He said, “I know a bit more about mortgage finance and how Ops & Tech at a multi-billion company works than is probably healthy.”

Now he spends his time as a devious thinker applying common sense and proven c-suite experience to help executives and entrepreneurs win. In his own words, “If I have a talent, it’s helping smart and amazing people to be even more smart and amazing. How can I help you win today?”

Samson applies the principles of anthropology and emergency management to overcome humanity’s biggest challenge to technology adoption and organizational change: humans. He holds a Master’s degree in Emergency Management from American Military University and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from Florida State University. Samson’s most valuable educational asset is his common sense, which he employs regularly to cheerlead and champion people and projects to success.

He is a 3x Marine Corps Marathon finisher and running enthusiast who prefers to spend his weekends fishing, playing chess, drinking bourbon, and reading about the latest in emerging tech. He is fluent in Irish, Legalese, and Corporate Speak.
