Malak Trabelsi Loeb

Malak Trabelsi Loeb, M.A. is an entrepreneur, futurist, strategist, and senior legal associate specializing in International Business Law and International Space Law, Adjudicator, and International Commercial Arbitrator. She is a Lecturer in International Relations and Diplomacy, a multidisciplinary academic researcher, a writer and public speaker, and a Ph.D. Candidate in International Space Law.

Malak is advocating for Sustainable Space For Humanity addressing the complex Space socioeconomic and environmental interrelated dimensions. “Sustainable Space For Humanity” advocacy aims to keep the peaceful use of outer space while ensuring socioeconomic development for the present and future generations without deteriorating the outer space environment.

She is also an International Advisory Council Member at the International Academy of Space Law and Middle East’s Ambassador for Women-IN-Space (WINS) Global Gender Equality Outreach Program.

In the course of her professional journey, Malak has been advocating for employees’ rights. She is a human rights activist and strives to combat human trafficking and gender inequality. She received the title of Champion of Tolerance from the UAE Ministry of Tolerance in 2018. She strives to empower women, provide opportunities to youth from around the world, and raise awareness to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

She is an Adjudicator at the International Court of Dispute Resolution and the International Commercial Arbitrator at the International Arbitration Organization, the leading Arbitration institution in Egypt and the Arab World.

Malak is a Sustainable Space For Humanity Advocate and a Member of the Board of Advisors at SpaceconneX. Her writings address various areas in the space fields that are interconnected, such as Space Economy, Space Environment, and their Social Impact.

Born in Tunisia, Malak earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Law and Economics from Al-Jazeera University, UAE in 2017. She earned her first Master’s Degree of Arts in Public International and European Law with Honors in 2018 and her second Master’s Degree in International Business Law and Business & Corporate Law in 2019 from Paris Sorbonne University, Abu Dhabi.

Malak has been advocating for employees rights and assists them in settling their conflicts with their employers. She is a human rights activist and strives to fight against human trafficking. She received the title of Champion of Tolerance from the UAE Ministry of Tolerance in 2018. She endeavors to empower women and raises awareness to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Malak raises awareness on space activities’ social return on investment benefits and also advocates “sustainable space for humanity”, which calls for the peaceful use of outer space while achieving economic and social development for present and future generations while preserving the outer space environment.

Malak is a Speaker at Space Mastery and the Envision Humanity International Conference.
