Lawrence Klaes is an author, journalist, and editor with extensive professional experience who writes on a variety of subjects in the technical, journalism, science, and humanities fields.
 
Larry was previously Senior Technical Writer at SRC, Senior Technical Writer at Optanix (formerly ShoreGroup); Senior Technical Writer at Pall Corporation; Senior Technical Writer at Genuity; Editor/Co-Producer/Writer at SETIQuest Magazine; Technical Writer and Editor, Documentation Project Leader at Digital Equipment Corporation; and National Space Society (NSS) Boston Chapter President.

Larry earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1985. He won the Astronomical Society of the Atlantic (ASA) Meritorious Service Award in 1990.
