Jesse Dylan

Jesse Dylan is Founder of Wondros and Founder of Lybba.
 
Jesse is a filmmaker, and Founder, Creative Director & CEO of Wondros, a production company with a focus on creating content that fosters social responsibility by translating potent thinking into content that moves people to act and engaging communities across the media landscape. In addition, he a prolific director behind some of the most successful campaigns in commercial television, print, and interactive advertising; he has created award-winning commercials for clients including Nike, Nintendo, Motorola, American Express, NFL, and MTV.
 
Recently, his work has focused on telling the stories of the world’s most innovative projects, people, and organizations. He created the “Famine is the Real Obscenity” viral film for ONE. As the creative force behind The Getty Trust’s campaign promoting their Pacific Standard Time Project, Jesse developed and directed two films (featuring Jason Schwartzman and John Baldessari, and Anthony Kiedis and Ed Ruscha), along with a print and social media campaign celebrating the American art movement from 1945 to 1980.
 
His previous work includes the Emmy Award winning music video “YES WE CAN”, inspired by Barack Obama’s historic run for president. He has created media projects for a diverse group of organizations, including Clinton Global Initiative, Columbia School of Journalism, Council on Foreign Relations, MIT Media Lab, and Harvard Medical School. He is an active member of TED (Technology Entertainment Design), where he creates materials and short films of TED Prize winners.
 
Jesse has also dedicated himself to his nonprofit medical website Lybba.org. Its goal is to bring all of the world’s medical knowledge to an open forum — free of charge, in simple, easy-to-understand language. He is also an active member of several organizations dedicated to expanding our understanding of the world in an effective and equitable way. Jesse is a fellow at Science Commons and a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.
