Christopher T. Stevens is Quality Assurance Manager at AeroTEC.
 
Chris is experienced in developing and implementing continuous process improvements in manufacturing, engineering, quality, operations for multiple organizations and industries, exceeding performance targets and establishing strategic project plans for industry-leading organizations, such as Applied Materials and Boeing. He successfully launched and/or recovered product introductions from R&D to volume manufacturing utilizing risk management strategies, emphasizing process improvements, cycle-time reductions, and superior quality throughout the value stream. He developed top teams by establishing higher standards while meeting or exceeding schedules and corporate financial goals.
 
He was previously Quality Manager at Spectralux Corporation; Test Engineer at Azima DLI; 787 Dreamliner Systems LCPT Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing, Engineering Change Manager DSM / CPI and OEM Parts at Applied Materials; Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer, Chemical Mechanical Polishing Systems at Applied Materials; Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Transistor Capacitor Group, Thin Films Group (FEP) at Applied Materials; Final Test Systems Technician IV, Etch at Applied Materials; and Fire Controlman, WSS, AN/SPS-48E/Harpoon/Phalanx System at US Navy.
 
Chris earned his Associate’s Degree in Advance Electronics and ElectroMechanical Systems at Combat Systems Service School Command in 1992. He earned his Certification in SPS-48E 3D RADAR, Data Processing and Fiber Optics at Combat System Technical Command in 1994. He earned his Certification as a Semiconductor Manufacturing Technologist at Applied Global University in 2007. He earned his Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering at Boeing in 2008. He completed his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management at American InterContinental University in 2014. He earned his Certificate in Executive Leadership at Cornell University in 2015. He is currently completing a Bachelors of Science in Business Management at Western Governors University.
