Chiara Chiesa

Chiara Chiesa is an International PR and Space Technology Commercialization Transfer advisor helping companies, startups, institutions, and people by connecting, fundraising, and advising them to enter the space sector through personalized paths. She is public relations expert, advisor for technological, space, and digital startups and companies, Investor Relations Manager, and European Commission registered expert.

Chiara is the founder and organizer of the global hackathon NASA International Space Apps Challenge in Brescia since 2018 and she profoundly believes in bonds amid people for the relentless pursuit of a sustainable planet for our species.

Chiara is the President and co-founder of INTERSTELLARS, a cultural nonprofit organization on space tech transfer dissemination linked to Sustainable Development goals. Their aim is to disseminate the opportunities of the space economy through the use of space data and space technology.

She is mentor and role model for the Space4Women Network initiative, a program by UNOOSA (United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs) to inspire girls and women to pursue STEM and space careers.

Chiara is a TedX Speaker, listed in Million STEM and known as a game changer for anticipating solutions to complex problems. She is one of the 1000 “Unstoppable women” identified by StartupItalia that are changing Italy through innovation.

Chiara is Public Relations Expert and Sales Advisor for Graphene-xt and many other startups. Her background includes foreign literature studies, communication, marketing, and business.

As a role model and champion for women and girls, she raises awareness, advocates for, and inspires them through her personal story and through coaching and sponsorship of women in space.

In 2021, she joined the International Space University to study Space Law, Space Economy, Satellites and Communications, Mission Operations, Astronomy, Science Communication, and Space Physiology and Medicine. She finished the program by helping to publish Intercontinental Suborbital Commercial Liner.
